And that's me.. Snoozing away after studying and a heavy lunch.
Life lately has just all been about studying and studying..
Exams are coming right up and serves you in the face when you're least aware.
But I'm anticipating it'll be around 26 of April.
If anything earlier than that, I'm basically F-U-C-K-E-D.
Wing Commanderz 2009 @ MATTA Fair.
Okay, so I spent my whole Sunday at PTWC for the annual MATTA fair (It's a travel fair by the way, if you guys didn't know it yet)
So how can a fair, fishing for good travel deal be so interesting for a person like me thats already getting cheap flight?
Actually, it isn't interesting at all..
BUT!!!
But there was something there that actually interested me.
Few days back The Star Newspapers advertised that FireFly Sdn. Bhd. are organizing a flight simulator competition there, and there are 3 daily prizes and also 1 grand prize to L.A for two!
I mean, FREE!! That's like so much better than cheap.
And yes, I went there at 11am in the morning on sunday to play.
Paid RM10 to play and even got a free FireFly cap..
Guess what?
I crashed during the 1st flight!
LOLZ!!
I guess I wasn't that aqquainted to the yoke as I was always been flying the joystick (Not the joystick in my pants okay?).
Yes, Benjamin Siew is an Airbus man..
And Airbus people flies with a joystick..
But it took me quite fast to get used to the yoke, and I paid another RM10 for another try.
And this time, I made 2 successfuly perfect landings.
The real life captain gave me a smile and passed me for the qualifying round.
And so I came back at 3.45PM and even met my colleague there..
He too made it into the qualifying around..
And after a few round of flying while being judged by a real life FireFly pilot, I made it into the top 5 with my colleague.
After everything was done, I didnt win the 1st place..
So i went back, thinking I just burnt RM20 for two lousy FireFly caps.

I came home pretty disappointed.
Imagine loosing to a teen..
Gosh...
But guess what?
My colleague Jerry SMS me today...
And apparently I did won the daily prize to any FireFly destination for two people, for having the best landing!!
ZOMFG!!
Looks like me and my girlfriend are going for a holiday pretty soon! =p
