Before I get into explaining why I've not been blogging lately, I would like to express my emotions and tell you the story of what actually made me blog.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!

That is what I wanna express..
Now to the reason why I wanna express..

In case for those people who didn't know, the merlion in Sinagapore just struck by lighting and now there's this hole that is on it's (Is merlion a HE or a SHE btw?) head..
And I mean "THE MERLION"..
Not the replicas..
But THE MERLION!!
Yes I know I might have gotten the news late, but to me, I feel it's a very damn funny incident and would like to share with everyone.
Just google "merlion striked by lighting" and you'll get videos and blog post about it.

And now the serious note on why I find it a very funny incident..
The Merlion is suppose to represent Singapore..
It's like the icon for singapore, and anyone who has heard of Singapore should know the merlion.
Malaysia is proud of out twin-jagung, and singapore is proud of their freak for whatever reasons..
And getting strike by lighting to me is a sign that when a country is struggling in an economic downturn, the shittiest problem with the most remote chances can also happen..
It's a sign that no matter how safe I think I was before, I can be hit by anything.

I want to take up risk..
I want to take up chances..
And in that way, I know if I fail, the reason will be on me..
And not some crappy god given reason.

Change is what I need..
And courage is what I'm building up now..
I want to meet the storm, and not hide under the roof..



Okay, on some serious note, thank god that the merlion took the dive and not some unlucky tourist..
