Many of you might be wondering why am I here blogging at this hour..
Well, I've been summoned to work at MAS engineering purchasing department.
Apparently they are buying new ATR72 for MASwing to expand their operation in east Malaysia.
ATR-72 (72 means it can carry 72 passanger!)
So, basically I'll be here working for this whole week and today is the last day.
The job is rather simple and boring.
All I do whole day is typing part numbers, price and quantity to order for the spare parts that MAS need to stock up.
Learnt a few things about aviation business..
Did you know buying parts from vendor is actually cheaper than buying from manufacturer?
Okay, got to go back to work..
By the way, did I mentioned I managed to save MAS USD$820 by cancelling an order and purchasing it from another cheaper vendor?

Wow, good of you in helping our National carrier to save money. Our tax money that is.
If only I know a way to return that money into our pockets instead of letting those big snakes have their big bites..
