In god we trust, others we check. (From AGM of MAS's E&M Department)
Okay okay..
I admit it.
I've been really really lazy lately at updating my blog.
I have to many reasons to give but it would just meant as an excuse to everyone of my blog reader.
So I shall no longer keep everyone waiting.

The Gang (L to R: Meng Cheng, Me, Ah Jing, Uncle, Kit Zai, Aunty, Ah Jie, Ah Kin, Ah Zhi, Yun Feng, Ah Zhu, Andrew's GF, Andrew.)
The journey started off on a Wendesday night (19/04/2008) where I went over to Meng Cheng's house in USJ and went down to her Sepang home and put up a night there.
The next morning I woke up and met her father for the 1st time and was greeted with "Welcome Aboard".
Hahaha.. The feeling is really funny when he greeted me that way.
Oh, for those who doesn't know, her dad is a captain for MAS A330.
So we left Sepang at 10am after all the packing on a Toyota Unser. The 1st destination was to head down to Mersing. But meantime, we stopped by at Yong Peng to have lunch. By the time we reach Mersing, It was already 4 something. And we were rounding around looking for hotel. to put up a night there. And we decided on this Chalet in Air Papan (Just the outskirt of Mersing Town).
And boy, I have to say this. I think I enjoyed my stay at the chalet at Air Papan. The view there is spectacular!

Early in the morning.

Sea view.

Too bad there wasn't any sun rise.

I love this shot. Prior to this, we were sitting on the tree and she was singing to me. So damn romantic i tell ya! =P

Busy body fisherman.

Enjoying the sunrise views.

Pretending to be cool. Hehe..
Okay, so that's about my stay at Mersing.
On Thursday (20/04/2008) morning, we packed up early in the morning and left to the port and boarded the ferry.

Me and MC inside the ferry.
And I must tell you.
Tioman Island is quite far away from the Penisular.
It took us around 1 and a half hour to reach the island.
And when we were there, everything was so worth it.
Let me tour you around the view of Tioman Island.
There we stay for the next 3 days.
The inn we stayed is called Tioman Genting Happy Inn.

Shot 4 (Morning).

The clear water. The depth is roughly 1 meter deep and it's still crystal clear.

The left side view from Genting Happy Inn's Restaurant.

The right side view from Genting Happy Inn's Restaurant.

The beautifully eroded beach sands.
Now it's time to talk about the sea.
Well, basically the best underwater snorkeling isnt's at Tioman Island itself.
It's the small small mini island around Tioman.
There's where all the beautiful corals and sea creatures are.

Basically, we have to sit the ferry and jump off from the boat to snorkel.
.Cool sea breeze. (Alvin James, eyes on me please.)

Me and MC.

Me and Kit Zai.

Yun Feng and Ah Zhu.

Ah Kin and Ah Jie. They're engaged and getting married next year.

Me and Taman Laut Pulau Tioman Jetty.

We can feed bread to the fish and see them peck it right off out hands.

One of the most beautiful diving site. The socks are to prevent stepping on sharp corals and stones.
Done with the sea.
And now some random shots throughout my trip.

Having lunch while sipping on some imaginary iced milo.

Nice skies.

Pretending to get clipped by a crab.

At the duty free island.

Two macho dudes. He's 14 this year.

Me on the beach.

Me and MC on the boat.

High 5!

Having sugar rush!

I love this shot.

This photo looks naughty. =P

The wrap up. Taken before we left.
Most of the photos were taken with a Nikon D80
