Credit Card Owner Of Malaysia!!

**Quote of the Day**
Everyone will want you to be normal except for your own. (From my wandering thoughts.)

I got this article off The Star Online.
I got to share it with everybody before they fall prey to banks.
Read up, and you'll score all A1 for your STPM.
=P

Most unaware of RM250 limited liability

CARDHOLDERS need not pay more than RM250 whenever their lost or stolen credit cards are used by others. Yet, oftentimes, they end up paying much more.

This is because Bank Negara has not informed cardholders that they do not have to pay more than RM250 for fraudulent transactions carried out using their lost or stolen cards, when they had not acted fraudulently and had informed the banks about the lost or stolen cards as soon as possible.

This protection is given under Clause 13.2 of Bank Negara’s Credit Card Guideline (“The cardholder’s maximum liability for unauthorised transactions as a consequence of a lost or stolen credit card shall be confined to a limit specified by the issuer of credit cards, which shall not exceed RM250 provided the cardholder has not acted fraudulently or has not failed to inform the issuer of credit cards as soon as reasonably practicable after having found that his credit card is lost or stolen”).

Banks know about Clause 13.2 but have chosen to ignore it. Instead they pursue cardholders for the fraudulent transactions.

They will tell cardholders that a clause in the credit card contracts states that all transactions carried out before the loss of the cards are reported to the banks, are deemed to be carried out by the cardholders.

Many cardholders then pay up because they are unaware of the RM250 limited liability.

Bank Negara should rule that:

·THE RM250 maximum liability on fraudulent transactions is highlighted to cardholders in the card agreements as well as in the monthly card statements.

·BANKS are not allowed to insert any clause in the card agreement which is contrary to Clause 13.2.

·BANKS should refund all money in excess of the RM250 collected from cardholders whose cases clearly come under Clause 13.2.

Siew Wan Siong, that's me~~~

The 1st thing that came into my mind was those stupid coupons that is only good for tricking lady shoppers into buying stuff that they don't need.
Well, I was wrong.

Happy birthday to me!

w00t!!
They sent me birthday card for my up coming 21st birthday next year in January.
Hahaha..
Sorry buddies, no matter how much you guys wanna be the 1st to wish me happy birthday, I have to tell you guys that you're only gonna be second.
Muahaha..

Before I got overly excited with my birthday card, and when I open my "birthday card", only to realize it was full of coupons.
Well, I shouldn't be that surprise, but I was anyway.
So that makes me half right with my previous statement above.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Card with bunch load of coupon which only dumb people will use.

Look at the 1st coupon.
Seriously, buy 2 free 1 for GSC ticket?
When was the last time you want to watch movie with a 3rd party when you are with your girlfriend watching a movie on your birthday?
Okay, so you might say I can invite 2 normal friends and go for a movie to use the coupon.
But imagine this, how do you wanna split RM20 among 3 guys?
Ask RM6.67 from everyone?
That's gay okay?
We guys don't pay stuff with such denomination.
But the real point is, why should a person need to spend money to use the coupon on the pretext of "saving" when it isn't a necessity to even spend that money?

There's a saying..
Guys will pay 2 dollar for a 1 dollar thing that he needs.
Ladies will pay 1 dollar for a 2 dollar thing that she doesn't need.

As I was typing this post, my mum came into my room and saw my coupons on the table.
Immediately, my 50 years old mum suddenly became a little girl getting so overly excited.
Ladies.. =.=""
Haihz!!!!

Winners and Loosers..

**Gossip of the Day**
It just disgust me that people like THESE are suppose to be people of high integrity, but instead, they turn into a slave for greed.

Uhhhh...
It's been a few day I've not been blogging.
Days have been busy.
Went to many places to meet many people.
But to come and think of it, it's really rewarding..
Presenting yourself to the world and finding out more about the world.

Today is a public holiday.
I was watching the international debate competition in mandarin between UPM (Universiti Putra Malaysia) against Hong Kong University on Channel News Asia.
It's sad to see that UPM lost to Hong Kong University on a 3 against 1 vote from the judges.
But I must say, the debate team from Hong Kong University was very good with their variety of argument points.
Although UPM team lost the debate, but I'm proud to announce to everybody that the best speaker goes to a guy from UPM team.
Congrats to him!

Oh ya..
There is one thing I would like to tell you guys.
You guys see the "Nuffnang Ads" on the right hand side of my blog?
I think I'm gonna remove them soon as I've lost respect for them.
Click on HERE and you'll understand why.

**Gossip of the Day**
As I was blog hopping today, I stumbled upon our ex-prime minister's daughter, Marina Mahathir's blog. Cool~~

You know, it's funny how people give much reaction to my postings about my daily job rather than my daily thoughts and rants.
I'm not sure if the writing for my daily rants are actually boring stuff that my job fascinates readers more.
So if it's my job that you like, then it's my job that I'll review.
Well, more or less a review.

Bellow are the photos taken when I was in the cockpit doing the Engine Ground Run test.
Yeah, I get to be in the cockpit while I see my other colleagues get sucked into the engine!

It infuriates me and disgust me to the level beyond imaginable.
Just because technology is there, and they are using it to scam people on the large scale.
Just because there are a lot of ignorant people who still have not learn to protect themselves from cyber crimes and they are taking advantage of the situation.
It's like bluffing a little girl to bed with a candy.

I got this one mail below.
with the title "In Good Faith".
Fuck those people for using such title and God to fool people.
The below mails are following according to time line.

From Mrs Carine Williams

Dearest,
With Due Respect And Humanity, I was compelled to write to you under a humanitarian ground.
My name is Mrs Carine Williams.I am married to Mr.Leonel Williams director J.C Industries Cote d'Ivoire. We were married with a child of 19 yrs old and my husband died after a Cadiac Arteries Operation.
And Recently, My Doctor told me that I would not last for the next six months due to my cancer problem (cancer of the lever and stroke). Before my husband died,he deposited the sum of $4.7 Million Dollars in a Suspence Fixe Account with his Bank in Abidjan here. Presently this money is still in the Vault of the bank and having known my condition I decided to donate 20% of this fund to any God fearing brother or sister that will utilize this fund the way I am going to instruct here in.
I want somebody that will use 20% of this fund according to the heart desire of my late husband to help Less privilaged people, orphanages, widows and propagating the word of God. While 60% of the money will be Invested on the name of my only daughter who will join you as soon as the fund is in your account and 20% will be for your efforts to transfer the fund to your account in your country and utilize it the way i stated.I am still in the hospital while my only daughter is in the Reffuge camp so your urgent cooperation will be needed to save the life of my only child because of the situation of things here.
I took this decision because i have decided that this fund will be used as i stated , And I don want in away where this money will be used in an unGodly way. This is why I am taking this decision to hand you over this Fund. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going.I want you to always remember me in your daily prayers because of my up coming Cancer Surgery.
Write back as soon as possible, any delay in your reply will give me room in sourcing another person for this same purpose, Hoping to read from you as soon as possible.
God bless you as you listing to the voice of reasoning,
Mrs Carine Williams

Then I replied (knowing that this is a scam)..

I'm so sorry to hear what have happen to you and your husband.
If there's anything i can help, do let me know.
I'll be gladly to help you out.
=)

And then "Mrs Carine Williams" replied.

Dearest One in the Lord,

I thank you very much for your reply to my mail, may the blessing of our Lord Jesus Christ be upon you and your family.

I know you will found it difficult to understand my mail but i want to promise you that this transaction is legal and 100% risk free.My contact to you is a devine contact so i will want you to make up your mind and help me with the situation of my only daughter, for me i know that my time is over but i want my only child to be in a safe hand before i leave this earth.

Some times after the death of my husband, the rebels captured the city where we live and took everything that we have. Right now i am still in the hospital and we have used all the money we have for my medical treatment but to no avail. That is why i contacted you so that you will help me transfer the fund to your acount in your country since my only daughter is still in the refugge camp and there is noting i can do from my bed of sickness.

The life of my daughter is not safe in the refugge camp there and the fund is still in the custody of the bank and it is the only thing that left for us now.So i will want you to help me contact the bank in Abidjan here from your country and introduce yourself to them as my foriegn partner since their agreement with my late husband on the day he deposited the fund with them is to transfer the fund to any foriegn partner of my choice. With this they will transfer the fund to your account in your country and as soon as i hear from i will give you all the details and contacts regards to this transaction.

After you receive the fund, you will then help my daughter to come down to your country and stay with you to start a new life while you invest her part of the money, have yours and donate the rest to the less privelage.

Please i will want you to get back to me urgently so that i will give you more details and the contact of the bank.On your next mail send me your full name,Tel/Fax number,Home/Office address so that i will send a letter of introduction to the bank to introduce your name as my foriegn partner.

Thanks and i will be hoping to hear from you urgently.
God bless you.
Your's Sincerely,
Mrs Carine Williams

And I replied again.

As much as i want to help you.
I would like to know your credentials.
Could you explain more of yourself and provide me your personal details and photo?
Thanks very much.

Then "Mrs Carine Williams" replied, with a photo attached!

Dearest One in the Lord,
I thank you very much for your mail and willgness to assist me with the transfer of this fund so that my daughter will join you because her life is not safe in the refugge camp and she is suffering so much there. As i told you,i am still in the hospital and can not handle this transfer that is why i contacted you to assist me so that the bank will transfer the fund in to your account.I have contacted the bank and they promised to commence the transfer as soon as i introduce a foriegn partner to them so i will want you to send me the informations i requested so that i will introduce you to the bank and give you their contact to start the transfer immediately.
As i told your earlier,we lost our building when the rebels captured the city we lived,we was brought down to the refugge camp in Abidjan here.We stayed in the camp because we do not know any body in Abidjan here untill my sickness become very seriouse that is why i am staying in the hospital now,i have spent all the money we have on this sickness but till no avail.Right now my daughter is still in the camp that is why i want the fund to be transfered to abroad for her own part of the fund to be invested so that she will join you to start a new life and also go back to her studies while you manage the fund for her untill she come of age and can handle things on her own.I need a sincere and God fearing person that will sincerely accept my daughter because she is all i got and the fund is the only thing that left for her to start a new.
Please provide me with the informations requested so that i will introduce you to the bank for them to commence the transfer immediately.More delay will not be favourable to me because of my health condition and my heart will only be at rest if my daughter leave this country to a safe hand in a safe country.I hope you will understand and help me urgently, let me know any other details you will like to know and please tell me more about yourself and your family.
Attach here is a photo during my last suggery and i will like to see yours on your next mail.
God bless you and i will be hoping to hear from you urgently along with the informations requested.
God bless you.
Yours sincerely.
Mrs Carine Williams.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

After seeing the photo, I got a little fed up with playing around anymore, so i decide to just ignore the email. And believe it or not, they're pretty persistent!

Dearest One in The Lord,
How are you today,i hope all is fine with you.I have been waiting to hear from you since my last mail to you but to no avail. Please get back to me urgently so that we will proceed.
Thanks and God bless you.
Your's sincerely.
Mrs Carine.

And so, I decided to once again, play along with this fella.

Sorry Mrs Carrinw William for the late reply.
I've read all the emails that you sent to me, and out of my good willing, I'll be glad and willing to help you out.
So how should I start off with helping you?
I hope your health is improving there.
Please take good care.

And "Mrs Carine William" replied me this time and even hushing me to be quick! How "desprate she must be in giving me money. I've never met anyone who is so eager to give me money. Not even my parents!

Dearest One in the Lord,
Thanks very much for your mail and i appreciate your kind hearted concern and willigness to assist me with the transfer of this fund to your account. With my situation now,i am so afraid and will not like any more delay or dissapointment of any kind,i want my duaghter to leave this country to a save country and save hand before i leave this earth. That alone will my spirit be at rest because she has suffered so much at her age so i will want you to do all your best to help me quickly as you promised.
I am supposed to have another suggery but because i do not have any money again with me,so i will want you to act quick for the transfer of the fund into your account so that you will send me money from it for the travelling of my daugther to your country and also for my suggery.
What i will want you to do now is to send me your Full Name,Tel/Fax number,Home/Office address so that i will introduce you to the bank as my foriegn partner for them to commence the transfer immediately into your account.
Please send me the informations immediately and also tell me more about yourself, your family and your country.
My daughter send her greetings.
Thanks and God bless you.
I will be hoping to hear from you urgently.
Your's sincerely.
Mrs Morine.

WTF?!?! How did "Mrs Carine William" became "Mrs Morine"????
And I decided to be funny with "her" by replying so.

I feel your pain there.
Coz i've been thru all these seeing my dad suffer when he was sick.

Alright, i'll give u a brief description of myself.
My name is Benjamin Siew and I'm 21 this year.
Currently living in Malaysia.
You can contact me through this telephone number "+6017233xxxx" (I blanked the number so whoever the owner won't be pissing mad at be when he finds out about it. =P) without the inverted comma.

You see, I'm really willing to help you out here.
But the truth is, I do hope you can help me out too.
My dad has actually passed away about a year ago due to a loss battle between cancer.
My dad has left a will stating that he'll leave his fortune of roughly 6 million ringgit and 2 piece of land in my country to me, my sister and my mother of equal shares.
Now the trouble is that our lawyer is trying to play us out and is holding my dad's money by using the law to freeze my dad's bank account, land grant and also all my family member's bank account.
And he said he is not willing to give us the money unless we are willing to put up with 100 thousand US dollar up front and share 50% of the what ever the money we get from unfreezing the money.
So far, me, my mum and my sister managed to raised 60 thousand US dollar over the year and now we are still short of 40 thousand US dollar.
If you are willing to help me out here by putting up for my family the amount of 40 thousand US dollar, I'll repay you back once the lawyer unfreeze my father's asset which would take less than a week.

If you are willing to help me out here to unfreeze my account, then only i'll have my bank account back to assist you in transferring of the money.
If you would be willing to help me, i'll help you for free and also pay u some money as a token of appreciation.

I see we both are in the same ship.
I hope you are willing to help me, so i could help you back.

And she replied like what I would expected.

Dearest One in the Lord,
Thanks for your mail and i will want you to understand that right now i do not have any money, the money in the bank is in a frozen account. So i will want you to open a new account where all this fund will be transfered for onward investments.
Also send me the informations requested for omward investment.
Thanks and God bless you.
Mrs Carine Williams.

I got bored with the entire acting, and replied this.

Good one there at pulling this scam.
I hope whoever you are, you'll die the way "Mrs Carine William" will.
I've lodge a complain to the interpol with all your details.
Embrace yourself for some happy time in jail.

Of course, it was an empty threat and "Mrs Carine William" no longer reply me. Bloody scammers! Hope they die of prostrate/breast cancer at the age of 30 with much pain.

Gambling 101..

**Quote of the Day**
I won't say I've failed a thousand times, rather, I would say I've discovered a thousand way to fail. (From the late inventor cum entrepreneur, Thomas Edison.)

"Rule number 1 in gambling, always leave your emotions outside at the door."
That was the exact line from the movie "Ocean 12"

Hmmm..
Talking about gambling.
Everyone in Malaysia know where I'm talking about.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Genting - The City of Entertainment.

It's funny to see almost everybody, especially people who are our senior, tells us about how gambling is bad, and then followed by some very horrible and tragic stories of excessive gambling has lead others to, and tell us not to ever get involved in gambling. But yet, when it comes to Chinese New Year, I see the very same people gambling their money away among their relatives and friends.

Well, luckily for me, my parents aren't that type of hypocrite and never give me the ultimatum of not allowing me to do anything. Even if they found out that I'm shoplifting when i was much younger, they never have scolded me or go home and beat the crap out of me, but rather advice me not to do it anymore and always ask me to think of the consequences. I would then nod my head, then go to the back of my house and start stealing my neighbour's red juicy rambutans. Heh heh. I guess boy will be boys. Although I don't shoplift and more, but I must say, I do really get much kick out from shoplifting last time.

--Warning--
Little boys and little girls, I'm not advising you to go out and shoplift, but it's not my fault if you want to give it a try and get caught okay?

Anyway, back to gambling. Last Saturday I went up Genting with my parents. And if you are wondering, I am still 2 months away from being 21.
Wonder how I enter?
Confidence and experience I would say..
But don't lah do put on a Kiko shirt and jeans and try to walk in. Of course they're going to stop you even if you look 25 years old.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Money money..

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
And then you convert them into colourful chips.

Well, if you wonder how can someone loose so much money in gambling, well, believe me, you can. And in a very fast time too! I was with my mum, playing barcarrat. Barcarrat is a game where you only need to bet either on "banker" or "player" and of which the payouts are 1 to 1. The chances of winning and loosing are and equal 50%. Even if the cards being pulled are tie, you won't loose your bet. So basically, it's like sitting for and exam answering "yes" or "no". How hard can it be? And that being said, I and mum lost RM500 just like that in 10 minute. Yes!! 500 bucks in 10 freaking minute. It was like win-lose-win-win-lose-win-lose-lose-lose-lose. My dad was there standing and smiling at how my mum and I played. Shortly after that, my dad saw an opportunity and took RM400, changed it into chips and bet everything. And guess what? he won 1000 bucks from that RM400 in like 3 minutes? So yeah, our moods were up again.

Of the winnings, dad gave me 300 bucks to play, and the rest for my mum and dad to share.
I went around looking and other tables, seeing statistics and how people play, then finally settled and try my luck at barcarrat again.
1st bet, RM100, lost.
2nd bet, RM100, lost.
3rd bet, RM100, --teeth biting, fist clenching--, WON!!!
4th bet, RM100, lost again!!
Right about now i was so cheesed off by how stupid my luck could be. I was looking around and under the table checking for toyol or some sort. Sensing I have no luck at barcarrat, I left the table and went looking around with the RM100 chip in hand. And of, if you are wondering how those chips loose like, you don't need to wait till you're 21 years old to see them. Cause i'll be showing then to you now.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
RM5. The smallest denominator for chips is RM2.50

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Next is the RM25 chip.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
RM50 chip.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
RM100 chip. I like the yellow and black mix of colour.

Anyway, back to gambling topic.
If there's one thing I've learn about gambling, that is everything is possible.
You can win with just a 0.001% chance, and can also lose even if you have a 99.999% winning chance.
So yeah, just follow your intuition and a little of memory and logic will do you better.

So finally, after roaming around 30mins, I've finally settled down on roulette. Roulette is the game where you have a table to put your chips on 37 numbers from 0 to 36, which a spinning wheel and a ball.
And surprisingly, with RM100, I managed to play my way up and had RM325 in hand. And when I see opportunity, i decided to put RM300 at stake. Needless to say, I LOST!!! It's always been like that for me. Whenever I increase my stake, Genting will eat me alive. When I bet small, they let me win!! Bitch!! This time I started playing with RM25 and guess what? An hour and a half later, I managed to get back to RM450 this time. Then again, I decided to increase my stake and pushed RM400 all in. Thinking this time I can't miss I had a good chance of 66% of winning if it excludes the number 0. And then the number 0 it came out. I was there cursing all the bad words in multilingual till the ah pek stilling next to me also smiled. Again, I took my RM50 and this time around I was on a winning streak played my way up again to RM400. When I wanted to leave, my mum came by and told me "Son, if you are winning streak, why don't you continue playing?". So I said "Okay, I have RM400 now, and I'll bet everything in. Win or loose, this is the last game."

--PLACE BETS--

--BALL ROLLING--

--DRUM ROLLS--

And guess what??
I LOST AGAIN!!!

Urrrggghhhh~~
Although it's sad that I have to bid farewell to my RM400, I still did enjoy gambling. I was much less concern about the money I lost as I have learn a few stuff about gambling and honestly, there's nothing comparable to gambling. Not even the fastest roller coaster ride or love making could match the adrenalin rush you get from gambling.

I went up with an empty wallet, came down with and empty wallet. But I was a happy man.

The remaining earning my parents got from our beloved late Uncle Lim was then spent to cover up the traveling cost and a yummy Bak Kut Teh dinner with family.
A really fantastic outing it was.

Wage War Against YouTube!!

**Gossip of the Day**
I've finished playing Half-Life 2 Episode 2 today. Thought it was okay. Portal is even better. Will do a review about Portal soon.

Fights fights fights!!
You know the world can't have peace if there isn't any war.
People who always ask for peace, majority of them, have never been to a war or even a fight.
And yet, they ask the world for peace like it came down from the apple tree.
Everyone underestimate the price for peace and think peace can be achieved by just keeping quite or distant yourself from trouble.

Well, think again.
As I bring you the best fights of the century.

Politicians fight are always my favourite. Might as well put 5 monkeys into the picture and let them rule the country.

Girls fight are always way better than those mocked up WWE fights.

P/s : The girl fighting video was taken outside of Berjaya Times Square.

Pretty Chick Fair (PC Fair) 2007..

**Quote of the Day**
Rules were made to stop people from being creative. (From my wandering thoughts.)

Do you know...
No, I don't think you know..
But I'm telling you guys anyway.

Everyone should know that whenever there's a time to buy computer stuff, it gotta be the Pikom PC Fair for their great bargains.
It's being held 3 times a year, usually during April, August and December.
And whenever there's a Pikom PC Fair in Kuala Lumpur, you'll definitely see me there..
Believe it or not, there's never a time i've miss Pikom's PC Fair.
I've been there like 3 time a year for the past 7 years ever since i've shifted down to KL.
I've seen them start off small in Putra World Trade Centre to currently, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
I've even worked as a salesman there for December 2003 and April 2004 PC Fair.
That's how much of a computer and gadget geek I am.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
It's only the begining and I'm seeing angels.

As usual, besides all the cool gadgets and electronic stuff, there one thing that i wouldn't miss out, are the show girls.
Man oh man.
Boy are they gorgeous.
Big corporations like Sony, HP, Samsung, LG and etc. always have the super good looking girls.
It's always been a benchmark for me to grade which company is doing better off than the other by just judging their show girls.
The skimpier the girls, the higher price they are paying those girls.
By the way, it has nothing to do with miang okay?

Anyway, I met a few friends there working as show girl.

Grace Tan, my primary school classmate. Show girl from Benq.

Mei Yu, SMK Maxwell Form 6 senior. Selling some ciplak MP3 players. Owh, did I mention she has a twin sister too?

Kelly, Tsun Jin High School schoolmate. Show girl for Samsung.

And yeah, that wraps up my trip for Pikom's PC Fair Dec 2007.
There were more chicks and stuff i wanted to take photo of, but too bad my 2GB memory stick was full..

Windows Vista Logo - Your agony STARTs here.

You gotta give it to Microsoft.
They make the most half baked OS (Operating System a.k.a Windows) on the entire planet and yet charging people at cut-throat prices.
I'm a Vista user, and I just can't wait for their release of Vista's Service Pack 1.

My lappie, equipped with a 1.7 AMD dual core processor, 2GB of RAM and 160Gb of harddisk space, is running Vista at turtle speed.
It takes me 8min to get my computer to fully shut down and fully booted up.
If it wouldn't because of the lack of driver for my touch screen, I would have formatted my computer and gone with the Windows XP instead. Or better still, get Mac OSX 10.5 Leopard running on it.
And so, now i'm stuck with Windows Vista.
People, just pray hard for me that I don't take the shovel at the back of my home and shove my computers down my home's rubbish chute.
Otherwise I wouldn't be able to update my blog anymore.

Anyway, they always do this to the public!
Remember the blue screen incident when Bill Gates launched Windows 98?
Then there comes Windows 98 Second Edition.
Remember Windows 2000?
And not too long, a Windows ME?
Or whichever came 1st, I don't even remember myself as I don't use them personally.
And oh, I do remember the time when I 1st switch to Windows XP.
It was because of the beautiful landscape desktop background that got me attracted to change to Windows XP.
Thinking back, what a fool I was.
I had tonnes of problem getting my games to run on Windows XP.
WTF man???
You're wasting my teen life without computer games man!!
How would you want me to tell my children in the future?
"You know son, daddy last time used to take like 15 consecutive days to find for drivers and updates before I could play some games that you'll probably even set your eyes on."
Is that the teenage life you would want me to have, Microsoft?!?!

Urrrggghhhh~~
I wanna start a rally, a demonstration against Microsoft.
We'll call ourself the Windraf (Windows Right Action Force).
We'll march toward Microsoft's headquarter and submit the below memorandum.

Click HERE to read the flash based "memorandum".

Come in control tower, this is Bravo Echo November.

Hello people from around the world.
I've bought (RM50 a year) myself a new domain name WWW.BENJAMINSIEW.COM and hopefully would fit into this modernized and westernized, fast growing world where information is a pinnacle substance
Also, i've made myself a new header, titled, "The Best Is Still Unwritten" for many reasons I wouldn't want to elaborate or else this post would end up being someone's final year thesis.
So, I bring myself to the world, and hopefully, the world will bring itself to me.
=)

P/s: Special thanks to Wee Yam Chuan for assisting me in some troubleshootings and explanations of some technical terms.

Great power comes great responsibility...... And corruptions...

I've just finished watching Spiderman 3.
Yes I know.
I'm a little outdated.
But too bad.
Living in singlehood is to be blamed.
But nevertheless, I shall live with grace and as according to statistics (I made this up), most human spend more than half of their live being in a relationship.

Okay, forget about what i've said above.
Now the thing that got me thinking after I've finished watching Spiderman 3 is that, how one thing can contradict vastly with another. How one face can have many different types of looks from different angles. How we think we understand life when we actually don't. How we think we understand each other when we don't at all till we break up, and then only to realize how wrong and uncaring we are.

It gives me this thought if one is putting on these sufferings on me for a reason?
Could I not be seeing something where I should be?
I often wonder and wander.
Wander into the land of possibilities.
Imagination can be very lethal tool.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Cut here.

And very so often, many sad imagination will also lead of suicidal thoughts.
I'm pretty sure everyone has suicidal thoughts at some point of their lives.
Disappointments leads to sad emotions.
Sad Emotions lead to depression.
Depression leads to suicidal thoughts.
Suicidal thoughts leads to a plan for death.
And that plan will either leave us crippled or dead.
But never stronger nor wiser.

Yesterday I had this very same thoughts again.
I felt awful and like there were millions of splint inside my skull pricking onto my imagination department of my brain.
Sad things appear.
Then lead to suicidal thoughts.
Then lead to a plan.
Then I accidentally fell asleep.

YES!! I FELL ASLEEP!!!
AND THAT'S WHY I'M HERE TODAY, STILL ALIVE TO BLOG..

Fast Lane To Fame.

**Did You Know**
Despite his name, MAS Managing Director Datuk Idris Jala is neither a Muslim nor a Malay. He's from a Sarawakian ethnic group.

So they say, the easiest way to get rich is to get famous.
No doubt.
When you get famous, offers will be coming to you left right and centre.
Be it contract, sex, money, sex, power or sex.

In order to be famous, you can, either be both talented at something good, or be talented at sucking bad.
Look at Arnold Schwarzenegger.
He was an actor from the blockbuster Terminator Trilogy which now led him to be a governor of California.
Also, take William Hung from American Idol for instance.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

That dude can't sing and is no where near handsome.
At yet, his talent at sucking brought him to fame.
How cool can that be?

The other, is that, you can even try to bitch like a girl like Chris Crocker who found his way to fame for the "Leave Britney Alone" youtube video.

And yes, I mention it right. He's a guy. Despite what you see from the video.

Okay, so how about some local people who managed to find fame?
I have two on the list.
One is Jeff Ooi who is a prominent blogger who blogs about Malaysia politic stuff and was sued by NSTP (New Strait Times Paper).
Immediately after he found his fame in local news, he joined politics.
Another one is Kenny Sia.
An average Joe from Sarawak whom also found fame through blogging by writing a review of Durex Vibrating Condom. (Yes, that explains why i'm using the word "sex" very so often. It's because it's a proven fact that sex sells.)

Okay, enough of example.
So, my point is, with modern technologies and internet, it's not so hard to find fame after all you know.
With a little help from my friend, Chen Tzy Wen, I managed to achieve fame through Friendster!

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Friendster.com Malaysia's most popular social networking website.

Okay, so you are thinking I may be bullshitting about being popular?
Well, chew on these photos.

Click on the photo to enlarge.

Girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, girl, WAN SIONG, girl, girl, girl......
Yes, I'm on the 1st page of Friendster popular list.
That makes me the certified hottest looking guy in friendster.
Well, okay, perhaps maybe not.
=P
But still, I'm on the 1st page of friendster popular list.
And that's pretty cool.

Click on the photo to enlarge.

Yeah, standing at 32,000 views for my profile made me famous.
That's around 1,000 views a day.
And yet I'm still not on the 1st placing on the popular list.
This goes without saying that sex and looks does sell better than brains(Sorry Tzy Wen, I didn't mean to offend you).
There are currently 2,200 friends in my list, of which, all of them added me without me initiating anything.
There's another roughly 1,000 more friends waiting to be approved, but i don't think i can approve any friends anymore due to the fact that friendster's server can't handle the traffic anymore.
My friend's approval list just won't load. (It's means my friendster account is screwed.)
Anyway, from the conclusion i've gotten, roughly 10% of people in friendster who viewed me actually took the initiative to add me in friendster.

7,000 plus email from friendster.
Gosh...
--Faints--

Oh yeah.
I have roughly 1,400 plus of testimonials from random people.
And approximately 1,200 plus of message of which I do reply each and everyone of them.

And believe it or not, I do receive lots of weird message.
Some complimenting me, some express hate and flamed me for being a Malaysian and a Chinese, some asking me if i'm a Japanese or Korean or some sort, some offered me to be their girlfriend (Of which i turned them all down of course.), some of them we get to chat long and talk lots of stuff.

But the most surprising message that i've gotten by far is this one bellow.

Click on the photo to enlarge.

A long lost Form 2 friend from Confucian Private Chinese School of mine found me out of randomness with no connection what so ever.
It's really amazing to me when i read the message.

And by the way, If you guys are wondering, this account is my secondary account that i create to carry out this experiment.
So don't bother adding me there and sort.
But if you would like to view it anyway, go ahead.

Okay, i think i would like to stop here.
If i were to rant more about it, i could rant endlessly.
Have fun browsing Friendster's Most Popular Member: Wan Siong.

Yeah, I see my contract, sex, money, sex, power and sex, coming my way!!
Okay, maybe not.
YET!!

Rich Rich or Poor Rich?

**Gossip of the Day**
Yesterday I, William George, Alvin James, Viji Indiran, and Alvin Raj was at Laundry Bar and we had a great night out. Head over to Alvin James blog for our dirty laundry.

If someone told you that you'll only get to live once and should live it at it's fullest.
Well, they most probably lied about it.

I've met people who get to live. Then die. Then relive again.
But I guess not everyone gets to live multiple times in their life.
But hell, I do agree about living life to the full.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
My cheap shot at trying to live life to the full.

No doubt, the only thing that's stopping everyone from living their lives to the fullest is the insufficient of money..
Yeah, money again.
It's always about money.

Talking about money and being rich.
I remembered once my dad told me a story of a rich prominent businessman who gets up during the midnight to water his flower as he could not sleep with all his worries in mind.
My only response to him is that the fella might be financially rich, but judging at him not being able to sleep because he's loosing some pennies, he, therefore, doesn't belong to be in the "rich people club" and would be considered as a poor rich in my own eyes.

A few days back, I and my family with my cousin was having dinner at the Bak Kut Teh restaurant just around my house.
Then there was this person who came by, while i was eating, left a piece of brochure and said "have a look at it" in mandarin.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
The brochure selling "Home Made Cookies".

What immediately came to my mind was "Uhhhh.. Not those annoying direct sales people who is trying to sell layer cakes at a rip off price of RM10 again."
And when I turn my head to the sales person, there I was, a little stunned, my mouth open in awe where there was half chewed mixture of rice and pork still inside.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Sales person with her "Sesame Cookie" and "Cheese Cookie"

Holly molly.
The sales person was:
  1. A Malay lady
  2. A Muslim
  3. Wore tudong
  4. In a Bak Kut Teh Shop
  5. Spoke to me in Mandarin

I just couldn't stop staring at her with disbelief while my mouth was still open.
For a moment, I thought the food in my mouth was about to fall off.
But that was not a point.

What I was really thinking about is that, this lady has a shit load of guts.
I've never seen (Or maybe it's just me?) a Malay approach a person who is having pork for their meal.
Most of the time, I've seen Malay guys trying to sell watches, and avoid those people who are having pork for their meal.

But this lady.
Fuh~~
I tell you, she did not just wore a tudong, she even took the effort to speak in Mandarin.
What really screwed up happening in my mind was me imagining some religious people would come rumbling in the shop, shove her into a van like those depicted in a mafia movie and then send her to some religious camp for brain wash.

Well, of course that didn't happen as those kind of stuff would only happen in my screwed up mind.
But hell, I couldn't stop respecting her!

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Pick me pick me!!!

And there she was, standing in front of me blabbing about her product like any sales person would.
"I'm selling these cookie at a remarkable price of only RM9.90(Which i still think it's a rip off). Outside(I don't see anywhere outside selling them) you can only get it for RM25."
I was much less bothered with what she has to say.
And when she stopped, i asked her if she could speak mandarin.
And she replied "a little bit" in mandarin.
Then i continued asking her if she had been to mandarin school or classes.
Her replied was "No" in mandarin.
Then immediately i said "Okay, then give me a box of Cheese Cookie"

You should see the smile on her face of joy i tell you guys.
I think that night alone, she had made more sales than running around KL the whole afternoon.
8 out of 10 table actually bought cookies from her.
Even my mum bought a box to bring it along for her journey to Singapore.

I guess this experience can be considered as a life changing experience for me, if not for her.
And I do sincerely hope that she'll make it in life in the future.
And be living in what i call a rich rich life.
Even if she couldn't make in financially, I hope she won't give up and keep on trying.

P/s : To whoever you are, I thank you for this eye opening, life changing experience. =)
